In my experience, the 2 inch blinds last longer, look way better and are worth the extra $$.

It’s often described as the “training wheels” of real estate investing, as it allows you to get into the game with minimal risk.

However those who misrepresent their credentials or knowingly teach systems that do not work  can certainly be prosecuted and it's only a matter of time if the wheels aren't already turning in attorney general offices across the country for this to happen. 

No sense in reinventing the wheel starting out.

It would be risky to go to court over that issue.Now regarding the tenants, if you give some of them an inch, they will take a mile. 

I just want my payments to count more, and not feel like im spinning my wheels paying off huge amounts of interest only
