You can find a ton of information about a person from some on-line services, like doing a North Carolina Department Of Public Safety Offender Public Information search using just a name and birthdate.Again, personally, I don't want to deal with people where NCDOC identifies as "Primary Crime: HABITUAL FELON (PRINCIPAL)" as in a 29 year old with 8 pages of criminal history with "total Incarceration Term: 15 YEARS 3 MONTHS 15 DAYS" … think about that for a few seconds...

Not saying it is predatory, but taken on the whole, the security provided and other claims, it can cause trouble.Private investors or operators/borrowers, small entities with key persons, need to look to the issues of death, incapacitation, incarceration, marriage, divorce, bankruptcy, other judgments and in some cases, aspects of asset management and asset (note) valuation as such may effect medical and death benefits.

We have added a section where the tenant gives authorization for the person they name to remove their belongings in the event of death or "unanticipated prolonged absence from the rental property" -- think incarceration.5) Maintenance Request Forms (3 copies)  We only rent apartments that are in good shape and stress that we really want to know about problems when they occur, especially water dripping.6) Mailing labels for tenants who will be mailing their rent.

@Will Wu while the exact circumstances of his (likely) arrest will determine the details, it is very likely that any extended incarceration with trigger a revocation of the Section 8 voucher.
