Now Person D lives in their apartment and there have been a few disputes however mot of them were handled by the tenants themselves with conversations, I only heard bout them after the fact when another issue came up.So in retrospect, I think in my case A, B, & C were both somewhat "problem" tenants, all were a bit immature and had issues having a direct conversation with a neighbor, somewhat to be expected when renting to college students in their 20's.  

Because you know what they'll do - whine like the immature babies they are.I've had "friends" like this too many times in my life. 

To me, that screams an absurd level of immaturity and disrespect for rules. 

I have heard about immature children ruining their parents credit and doing crimes etc.

The girl caused nothing but problems for the tenant below her because she was nothing but inconsiderate(young and immature).

Further, your overall arrogance and distain for people who invested utilizing different criteria than you is immature, mean spirited, and flat out ignorant.

@Lauren Hogan  It is possible that they wanted to rent the lower unit and are to immature to actually talk to you and this is somehow their solution?

you have to have better things to do than this I would think.. other wise it seems like your just very immature.  

The wood and the white work very well together and the immature trees and landscaping give it a fresh new look.

They must talk much differently in California than they do here in flyover country.Your immature and incomplete response does not surprise me.
