The police department just posted on Nextdoor app that crime is down 29% in that area because of initiatives that they have implemented so now they will be implementing the same things in Capitol Heights.

Usually it just means a second means of egress, a heating/cooling source, a minimum ceiling height, and a closet.

The main areas usually causing problems being means of egress, fire separation for each unit, ceiling heights within each unit, sprinklers throughout all units, accessible unit and required parking.
