Our roofing guy has done 3 roofs for us and got many other jobs just by word of mouth recommendation.

However if I do this I know this tenant will bad mouth me more frequently to the other tenants in the building.

Run a professional operation have your business rules in place and follow them.You'll be much happier in the long run.

Now, 9 years later, we couldn't be happier.
