As long as the city considers your property a true SF, you shouldn't have any issues getting this permitted (in theory, yet to see how some municipalities will handle this law).

.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success

I know this is above and beyond what most municipalities require, but being fair will make the whole process easier.Additionally, a new landlord can reduce the 60-90-day notice by offering more moving assistance (cash and/or labor) if they move sooner rather than later.

We also have many unique buyer incentives where an investor can get up to a 10% price reduction to come into immediate equity, or get that 10% as a cash back at closing to reduce your down payment and increase your ROI, or buy rates down into the low 4s on 30yr loans to maximize cash flow.
