Half the REMIC were empty.

I’m on the verge of giving Booking.com the boot , too many cancellations and the worst part is when you call customer service, which is China ….in order to validate you as a host they give you a call back so you can’t get your answer quickly and the callback takes a few minutes and half the time the call does not make it through- enough to make you wanna scream.

Not trying to sound cheesy but I am an overenthusiastic person about real estate and when I obsessed over learning & learning I eventually read that book half way through before I couldn't help myself any longer...

I will also say, I expected over a year and a half going into this, based on my information and research at the time, knowing about permitting and material delays in the area.
