So the giant brokerages win and all the small brokerages go out of business, unless they are in very niche markets.   

For example, this won't tell you if the neighbor has a giant trash heap in his yard that would make it difficult to resell the property.  

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.
