There is some industry in Albany, namely, Miller Brewing, Proctor & Gamble, and a small Marine base.

I am going to throw this out there , investing is always a gamble , you dont always win .

Go into this adventure with eyes wide open and a grain of salt.It does take skin to get in the game.You will always learn something, whether good or bad.Take it slow!

Many of the other things (competitive rates and speed) tend to be more ancillary and preferential as long as the deal can get done without too many headaches.Every deal is a bit of an adventure, but building a rapport with a group can really go a long ways to help get unique/quirky things done in the future.Hope that helps!
