I work more hours than I ever did as a W2 employee, but it's FUN.

If you have a good loan officer then you should have a fresh list of needs every time you send something in. 

Fresh crab and fish  and stocks much higher quality than the dollar generall type store.. but if your just looking for a snack or cheap cleaning products they cant compete @Jay Hinrichs agreed and we need both.

A strong online presence and fresh marketing are how you dominate the market.

If a person has RCV or ACV policy makes a huge difference, than question of what coverage level people had and if they had policy add-on's that cover cost over-runs and all that fun stuff, not to mention contents. 

The fun part. 

Just having fun.

It will certainly be a fun endeavor and I think one with a hint of specialness to it.

Development is a fun and frustrating venture, but Real Estate is still a good place to find a win.  

Its not all fun and games like at the meet and greet events.
