I mean a general recession, we had flat/negative GDP the preceding quarters, S&P down 20% +.Not sure what more people want.What folks don't realize with investor saturation, tech, and everything in between, the market has a profound way of realizing positions and getting in & out of them to where the markets overcorrect and sometimes move so quick all the juice in it happens to squeeze out so fast.

I think novice operators are trying go too heavy on amenities to compete with the big boys/girls/people and they can't do it as well because they don't have the operational experience.Consistency is the key for new operators and that goes for quarterly photo updates, dynamic pricing, and communication.Too many people got into the space in the past three years who thought of STRs as passive income when that is just silly.

Here are some important facts with respect to borrowing against the 401k: 1) It must be a 401k, once you rollover your funds to an IRA, you don't have that capability. 2) You can only borrow up to 50% not to exceed $50,000. 3) You must make at least quarterly payments, with an interest rate set usually at prime + 1%.
