Myself being in the business since 75 I have lived and worked through 4 of them and well not sure how much real estate will be affected by this latest one the VIRUS. 

Probably because the risk of default is higher due to economic uncertainty of the virus.

Before you know it, we will be into a new version of “business as usual”, and this virus will be in the rearview.

Probably by the time your property is completed, this virus will be past us but the economic carnage may remain.

However, understanding what a "good deal" is encompasses quite a lot (from a beginner's viewpoint), so that is another factor that makes it more difficult to know what direction I should take.I have signed up for a couple of meetups, but with the virus and quarantine, it looks like I'll have to wait on those.
