We've really updated/remodeled and made our current home awesome and in move-in ready condition (new carpets, paint, fireplace, remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, custom tile, etc...).

Hi @Janeen Bertolina- My partner and I have a lovely 3/1 brick house in Lansing (West Side neighborhood) that should be ready in about a month.  1261 sq ft, fenced yard, 1-car garage + carport, fireplace, hardwood floors, basement, updated kitchen and bath, new stainless steel appliances, new frontloading washer/dryer.  

Transparency: Low income really do not care about trim features, or gas fireplace inserts. 6.

I would love to demolish that fire place and open up the kitchen..but for now it stays.Im thinking of painting it...any ideas?

Hello BP,I've tried to download a document From the fireplace through the Android BP app, for some reason its not downloading.

The basement is completely open, with the HVAC and hot water heater in the center up against one of the 2 fireplaces.  

I have thought about auxillary  electric units in some fireplaces since they can't use wood in them and we pay for heat but I have not done it yet. 

They had burned cabinet doors in the fireplace to stay warm.

footage,  the year major mechanicals and exterior have been upgraded,  if there is a deck,  if there is a dog,. if there is a garage,  if you have had a claim,  if there is a fireplace,  natural gas or wood burning....  

There is this parquet floor in the "fireplace room."
