Hi @Janeen Bertolina- My partner and I have a lovely 3/1 brick house in Lansing (West Side neighborhood) that should be ready in about a month.  1261 sq ft, fenced yard, 1-car garage + carport, fireplace, hardwood floors, basement, updated kitchen and bath, new stainless steel appliances, new frontloading washer/dryer.
