The other way to to mimic being a traveler and look at how booked similar properties are.This is a slow time of year for STR in Atlanta so it might not be great, but it really depends on your guests and what they're doing -- eg. moving in town for a job, here for a film shooting, visiting family nearby, etc. 

I work full time in the film business in Los Angeles but my schedule is flexible.

Apple, Google, Xerox, Fuji film, and Meta are all coming into the area. 5k people a month move to the area which has created a housing shortage, rent spikes, major appreciation (not just due to inflation) and you can still find single family homes for sale on the MLS in good condition for ~250k+ Tenant-landlord laws are landlord-friendly and taxes are low.

I've loved sending out a film crew out to document the success of various clients.

Went to college back in the day for passions of mine in photography/history and I still do film photography today, but I can't make ends meet with it.

They came in with BIO suits and canisters and filmed for their company videos for training.It took them 4 months just to knock the population level down to a point where you could go inside the unit to try cleaning the walls.

He also confirmed that they had a film crew on the property last summer for multiple days.

Oh, and as a side note, I have decent film making and editing skills, so if I do end up making a video walkthrough I'll be sure it won't look like some flip-phone shaky-cam mess. 

Get good at making contacts in the film industry - smaller video production companies are your leg up here.

I'd love to find ways to merge film and real estate as I know how hard it is to find  locations.
