I'm sure you could see an array of ways to structure this for your own needs and goals.Overall, I'm a big believer in good financial and recordkeeping hygiene.  

Hello to everyone, After working in Dental Hygiene for 22 years my body is telling me to stop (pain in left shoulder and possible future surgeries).

I had one unit deliberately flush an entire box of unused feminine hygiene products down the toilet in order to clog the sewer line.  

Chickens make nice eggs but they aren't known for hygiene. 

Face masks, proper distancing, proper hygiene/hand washing.

Not sure what kind of smell you’re talking but I’m assuming it’s probably from poor hygiene/care of the unit overtime.

I have just learned more than I ever wanted to know about main line sewer clogs, and most of the advice was to ban all use of supposedly "flushable" wipes, feminine hygeine products, paper towels, etc.  

I also mentioned to keep good hygiene, run exhaust fan in bathroom etc.  

It's made for fires, but I use it to get rid of smells from pets, bad hygiene, etc.

I had a tenant that was putting her "feminine" products down the toilet which caused a clogged, but no major damages.
