The other fellow agents in our office are ALWAYS down to help each other and intro to other investors, contractors, property managers etc.

For example, if yours has a pool and the other comparable doesn’t… maybe yours will be worth more…You need to reach out to local property managers, real estate agents, and fellow investors who are familiar with the area.

I'm asking on behalf of a fellow investor friend, and we're also curious for ourselves. 

Would love to buy a fellow investor a coffee to chat over the possibilities. 

I'm particularly interested in insights from fellow investors or realtors who might have valuable information or experiences to share.
