I expect there will be many more issues with these transactions moving forward. 

We use an emr known as synkwise to document patient and business related issues such as compliance issues and certifications for our caregivers.

If it's rehabbed nicely, then you will no issues finding a tenant.

I'm also having issue with no onsite manager, but in regards to insurance. 

There were a number of issues, but the big one was a "repair" charge they lied about.

If the commercial space isn't too disruptive, you shouldn't have an issue renting an ADU up there.

I think there are liability issues with putting some kind of booze out.

Now I can see some builders having an issue with comps.. but other than that its crazy to take these funds as income and then pay tax and plow it right back in.. 

However, our tenant turned out to be problematic—late payments, issues that led to an eviction, and additional repair costs before we could relist the property for sale.Now, after months of making mortgage payments out of pocket, we finally have an offer.

And not being able to issue the deposit refund via Avail was the final straw for me.
