What are some educational resources you have used to elevate your investing game?

I'm looking to build a 2500 sq ft two level ecofriendly single-family home which incorporates natural surrounding into the design, I'm trying to figure out what my cost should be for architectural plans: elevation, floor plan, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc.

The EVSE shall be elevated off the ground so that it will not lie in a puddle of water.If an extension cord is used, it must meet the following requirements: 3-wire, UL listed, outdoor rated, minimum 12AWG wire, NEMA 5-15 or 5-20 plug/outlet with a maximum length of 50 feet.

It says “Variance granted to reduce the rear yard setback from 20 feet to 5 feet in order to elevate an existing single family residence”.

Laud wants a site plan, a floor plan, elevation, and a wall section for intake (but I don't know what that wall section intake thing means).
