And for that matter does anyone elder know of any specific groups that allow non-credited investors participate in their syndicated deals?

Hey everyone, I'm 21 years old and recently bought a single family house I'm renting to an elderly couple.

That being said, I was considering building a low cost franchise opportunity to people who struggle, like single mom's and the elderly who live on fixed incomes, allowing them to rent an apartment from me and the could rent the rooms out themselves.With the right team I see a win win, but I wanted some feedback.

I have rental homes that are leased to an elderly care business, and they sublease each room and operate the business, pay the caretaker, caretaking, etc.
