i doubt you will be able to generate enough commissions from "investor" transactions, especially early on. 

Once this is split into 1.5acre lots and houses are built I doubt someone will try to find all the heirs and try to put a pad behind one of the houses.

But I also doubt this requirement is a gentle no, and will make it difficult to rent.

again, maybe you find something on the MLS that is mispriced, and so it works, but i doubt you'd be able to move fast enough to lock it down, since you're so far away. 

I would go to the pest control company and ask where they were authorized to install these screens on your property.I doubt you're going to get $3k from anyone, but did the roofing company say what the $3k is for and why a handyman can't just go up for a few hundred bucks and remove the screens?

I doubt weed smoke is different from cigarette smoke.

No drinks or cookies :) but you can walk through talk to the agent etc.. very civilized .. this will create max bids at the sale no doubt when its that easy for buyers ..

What drove you to start despite the doubts?

For example, the top 5 rated realtors on one website cannot be found on the other website, which really makes me doubt the reliability. 

That said- if I was doing the [email protected] I doubt anyone would care much what I have to say or how quickly I respond.
