I don't know yet if they are going to get into their "secret sauce", but it would definitely help you understand note investing better which is what the fund is all about.The course is a set of PDF files.  

So far, no one has ever posted the class topics taught, it's not a real secret, doesn't need to say how they teach a subject, but subjects never seem to appear.

Note, if there are things discovered that put you over budget and the seller won't negotiate, be comfortable in backing out of a deal even if you lose your earnest money.
