They require 48-72 hours notice to schedule anything onsite so we've been waiting 2 weeks now for a Section 8 initial inspection date to be scheduled by them.

We have considered doing airbnb and switching to nightly rentals, the cashflow would be better but its also a lot more work and expense as we would have to schedule cleaners and do more laundry service.
