They do a great job of cleaning my units and keeping the consumables stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, coffee, etc).Does your condo association allow short term rentals like AirBnB?

I don't necessarily see any issues with having a living room, but with as many people as there are in my house, I like that there isn't much incentive to bring friends over and treat the house like the 'hangout' spot.Keep in mind I have 7 people (and sometimes 8 when a guest stays a weekend) so my opinions come from running a mini hotel basically lol.Similar to Nicole, I provide toilet paper, paper towels, all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

in the tiny zip lock baggy not sure what to do with it, the one i found tonite, as right now its lying on the floor sorta behind the dryer.as the one i saw months ago (fall out of the washer) i just assumed was jewelry baggy with detergent in it and left it behind without much thought since i'm not street smart at all, never been exposed to any of that (til now) =L

Current owners have been diligent in caring for the septic - regular tank cleaning, liquid detergents only, no oils down the drain, no feminine hygiene products being flushed etc etc etc.

The new owners had to purchase a new washer for 850.00 because it was caked with detergent and fabric softener.The rental agreement also states that the security deposit is to guarantee the return of the premises to the landlord in the same or better condition as when accepted by the tenant, reasonable wear expected.This was not the case.

If you use keywords like "hospitality" or "travel" in your searches, you can often find 50-200 packs of things like hotel bars of soap, 3oz dish detergent, etc. if you plan on using those types of hotel style amenities.For sheets and towels, we use Inn Style.
