I would potentially hire a designer for staging or maybe just have one do one of those digital staging depictions you can use for advertising that look really professional and give potential tenants an idea of how to set up the space and how much furniture it can fit.

When I did make it out to the property it was apparent that the photographs that depicted the property were significantly different than the actual property itself.
