I would potentially hire a designer for staging or maybe just have one do one of those digital staging depictions you can use for advertising that look really professional and give potential tenants an idea of how to set up the space and how much furniture it can fit. 

She also took horrible photos with her cell phone that doesn’t even depict how great the house is.

When I did make it out to the property it was apparent that the photographs that depicted the property were significantly different than the actual property itself.

But the vista property had some grainy photos and I am unsure if one depicted a door off a frame of if that was a mirror or what.

I also like the Trulia crime map which does a decent job at depicting the type of area it is, RED being the most high-risk investment area.
