I used to cry when my mom talks about a dental visit.

My name is Adam, I am currently in my 3rd year of Dental School.

I keep health, dental, and optical insurance on my family.

I have several rental properties, and I am inclined to not run background or credit checks on students that are in professional graduate school (medical,dental, PA, optometry, etc) because I know the requirements of the school will not permit students with a criminal history, and they are funded by loans or parents and don't have much credit history anyway.  

I went on to a cite sponsored by tax practitioners (paid prepares, tax focused cpa's and tax attorneys) and even with them this exact same question gets about 50% on one side and 50% on the other. 

I am trying to help my dad who is retiring this summer after 40 years of owning his own dental practice. 

My wife works as a Nurse Practitioner in Racine, Wi.

I will have dental insurance, health insurance, 401k, paid vacations, etc.

I'm a professor at a dental school and my wife is an now an agent.  

Are there any seasoned BRRRR practitioners who are willing to jump on the phone to advise me?
