There is no specific promised ROI that defines an investment as being a “Ponzi Scheme”. 

They provide a defined service, and I would imagine they are consistent in providing the service level they promise. 

How exactly do you intend to define the difference between a fake wholesaler, and a legitimate wholesaler? 

This would not be an issue if your mutual obligations had been clearly defined.

I guess I'm one of those "goofy detractors", however I do not recall having levelled anything ad-hominem in nature on this thread (it would be quite out of character).I am not even certain I would call myself a detractor - If someone wants to borrow money to pay-down another debt, that is their business.  

The new CPA will probably be similarly priced and definately pay for themselves.

Commercial purpose is not defined, so I'm not sure if an STR would violate that covenant.

That type of character will get you far in life!
