You want both customers.  

They changed their policy promptly.It seems to me that some companies could use this as a tactic to scare customers from discussing what they feel to be their version of events. 

At the national level, it's the best of the worst in that industry - a lot left to be desired in the customer service department but still better than doing it on your own.

For instance:Professionals: "Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and conveniently located near the business district."

They sound very knowledgeable and I am interested in jumping into the customized course they offer. 

-Being able to give your tenants the professional experience of timely responses, quick attention to maintenance, using the on-hand already vetted roster of vendors, providing a sense of formal hospitality and customer service... can be worth the management fees. - Staying compliant with various tenant laws and fair housing policies is also a big factor I hear a lot.

Once advanced at underwriting, you will start to build your own or customize one your using for your needs. 

This requires a dedicated effort sourcing and analyzing hundreds of deals to find the one or two worth pursuing.
