AS we did this for a few decades in a few select counties you would see the same names and same parcels pop up only to be redeemed last minute as you note..

Either way Bitcoin has done what gold bugs have said for decades was going to happen.

You sort of noted in your opening comment: a track record IN REAL ESTATE, should be measured in decades, not years.

I seriously am not just making a post to crap on Lawton, and my experience was over a decade ago, but I just picked up a client from Oklahoma today that said: "Yikes, sorry you got Fort Sill, Lawton is the armpit of this state."
