It got to the point to where I just could NOT listen to DG/RA - it sounded like 2 buddies in a dark cheap bar with a weird sense of humor making jokes back and forth that only they got.

I use patterned ones that look like granite or marble or quartz or similar so that stains and minor scratches don't show, and don't use a shiny surface - use as close to matte as possible - and light colors.

I much rather spend that money resealing the balconies and pass the visual inspection with flying colors.

They use our trade colors and trade designs.

Especially on the right, where I wouldn't call those outdated finishes and the colors look nice, maybe just needs better lighting.

Their talk was good but when I insisted on being put into contact with someone that had completed the program they went dark on me.
