To lump in bitcoin as cause for that would be the same as lumping in the average bank customers cash deposit when certain banks launder money.

It’s entertaining to them sure but it solves nothing as there’s always 2 sides to the story the customer and the business.

If operating costs increase, then customers/tenants will eat the costs in tight markets.

A syndication was way overkill because there were only 5 capital partners so they customized an operating agreement with their attorney that outlined roles and responsibilities, distributions, membership interests, etc.And you don't have to have all this stuff figured out right now; it's very customary for us to assign the contract to whatever customized entity we end up forming.Just one caveat. 

Don't try to get rich on one customer.

Which is also one of the 3 fundamental needs of a business most often (customers, product/service, place of operation). 

I’ve paid 15k already but do not have a good feeling as their customer service has been abysmal.

Let me just lead with EXCELLENT customer service.

It’s humiliating to call customer service who has no idea what is going on and can’t quite transfer you to property manager.
