There is a local loan program, I believe it is called the MCT loan. 

The results of my students were about the same and they would create about $100,000 of increased net worth during the coaching program.

Also make sure you are comfortable with some holding costs if the units don't get rented right away (if vacant).Also look into if there is rent control in the area that the property is located.

I know the 2 str units would represent a nuance to most banks but I've seen a few programs that are okay with it even on 5 + MF.  

I believe this program is to help lower income families.

Account Closed Hi Rhonda, If honest I spent about $8,000, some say its a lot, (my parents did) some say its small when compared to many programs out there, either way I took a leap of faith and saw the potential it had for my future.
