As a few have mentioned, the best way would be to call the listing agents directly, but depending on how much time you want to dedicate, setting and going on multiple appointments with different people could prove to be time-consuming. 

I just think it is important for consumers to realize that they cannot use Handymen for everything (of course depending on their state as you say).And yes, better to jump in and get going.

I found the setup and management process on Booking.com to be horrendous, not intuitive, time-consuming, fees are expensive, I had to manually process credit cards, and only got a few bookings for my trouble.

They’ve been around forever and have a great reputation for handling self-directed retirement accounts.What I like about them is that they offer both custodial and admin services, so you can keep everything in one place instead of jumping around!

@Luke H.If the buyer is living in the property now it’s a consumer loan compared to a loan to an investor and will kick in a lot more regulationsYou can’t do a balloon less than 5 years, need to have it serviced by a licensed servicer, will have to go by interest rate usury laws, collect escrow…..I would not loan on this property to an owner occupant

I retired from ortho in less than 10 years bc of solid investments but he will be forever the loser DB with a garbage reputation peddling info you can easily find on your own. 

If you're going to live in LA forever the first thing you need to do is establish your primary residence - in LA.

While I love the brand and have personally used them for the past 7.5 years, the dryer takes FOREVER when doing loads of bedding or towels.

This can’t last forever.
