I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

I do all the expenses (simply because that is easier than me communicating with Bookeeper every time I have a charge) and she does inputs on monthly statements, balance tracking, basis, loans (7 loans), and reconciliation. 

It took more time and back and forth communication than was needed, and compared poorly with other refinancings we have gone through.

Continually communicate clearly with all parties involved to make sure that expectations are as close to realistic timelines as possible.

They're very autonomous and don't communicate too much which doesn't demand much of your time. 

You can often get better rates with a national lender, but the customer service is non-existent, communication probably sucks, they may ask for the same documents multiple times, etc.

I use this and share with my team (i.e) drone photographers, VAs, reatlors, partners, etc.Zoho Forms, I use this to collect info from leads, buyers, etc.Zoho Desk, this is a ticketing where all inquires go to and since it integrates with Zoho Forms, it creates a ticket within Zoho Desk + New Lead within Zoho.Zoho Cliq, similar to slack, I communicate with my team with this software.

They will not communicate, they will not complete the agreed upon work, and they will run you around in circles.

However, if you clearly communicated a $15K budget, I’d stick to that and ask them to discuss the overages with the contractor to find a resolution.As a side note, always try to maintain reserves for your properties.

They only communicate through chat and email.
