Hi everyone,Some business partners of mine are looking into BRRRRing in the Baltimore market and are looking to find a GC, agent, property manager and an attorney that could help us affordably close on properties.  

The home was built in 2006, great neighborhood, close to the highways, close to everything new that is being built, close to a military base.

After closing costs, it was about $107K.

Watched some You tube videos about some ways, specifically creating a property LLC with WY LLC being a member manager LLC for the property LLC. 

I've closed a bunch of loans with Kiavi, Roc, and a few with ABL, I also closed with RCN, Easy Street, Lima One, and some smaller private lenders.I've come to the conclusion that the experience at the lender is not globally good or globally bad. 

The land itself ran us about 3600/ acre, (480,000) and approximately another 20,000 in closing costs.
