The military enlisted as a nurse, and have even labeled me nurse practitioner material (so I can become a commissioned officer at my age), but so far, even medical jobs have been hard to come by, since it’s entry level and starting all over.

If someone's mental health is so bad they can't handle living in their own apartment, flying on a plane, or shopping for groceries, then should be seeking regular treatment by a licensed practitioner!

Great high level book is "the real estate game" by some guy at Harvard Business School who was a successful practitioner for many years.I would also recommend going through one of the failure or "slap my head" mistake threads together over beers....have fun!
