Habitat would do it but that's a charity program as you know.My only suggestion to anyone engaged with new construction with Morris is to be uber careful.Home inspections at each phase is critical.. once you cover the walls you cant see the corners that are cut.. even though it could pass city inspection.. also you run into mechanics leins and so on and so forth.. building from ground up takes a little more experience than rehabbing.. 

We invest with the sole purpose of making maximum returns, no charity allowed. 

mentoring is a business not a charity...

Attend happy hours, networking events, charity events. 

If you want to donate to charity, do so, if you want to hire a cabinet guy, do so.

Cant be indefinite I assume...so this may have postponed the issue, so don't let your guard down and be prepared for this being an issue againI would have serious conversations about the current set up is going to only last so long, so lets plan on whats going to happen when the charity dries up.

I've also worked with other non profit entities - charities, HOAs and IRAs, but not on a Private Family Trust. 

Do not operate a business with a charity philisophy.
