Real Estate is tested and proven over centuries to provide the opportunity for wealth with crashes once every few decades and Bitcoin is a unproven cryptocurrency that uses block chain technology.

Interestingly, the cryptocurrencies also have zero practical use, just like gold from time immortal to the late 20th century (can't run a car on crypto any more than you can make a good sword from gold, so we might as well use these scarce - but otherwise useless - things for currency).

We do see a bit more maintenance in those MF duplexes at they tend to be turn of the century homes with turn of the century issues - shifting foundations, galvanized plumbing, pop fuse electrical, ect.
