@Bryan WilsonAlmost every time real estate changes hands, there is an Agreement of Purchase and Sale at the centre of the transaction ... so I am uncertain what you mean by the Agreement for Sale model?

I have identified a couple of major population centres further up North and am currently reading up on their growth prospects.

It's a sleep specialist,weight control centre. 6 rooms ,one queen size bed and half bathroom in each room,look like a hotel room.

just stay away from the area close to city Centre where they're pricy but other than that, it's awesome!

Hi Karen, I'm I'm not sure how you're county site works but I know the Centre County tax site has a GIS map that you can do just that,  you can see each property outline and tax ID with the satellite overlay.I just Google centre county tax assessor and it takes me to the site and just click on the GIS map and find your property..

Pot light layout can be tricky (placing lights in the centre of a door opening vs. centre of a hall, how many pots, how far from the wall, etc).
