That's just my opinion.The above NJ statue states that if you audio record 1 word without you being party to that 1 word conversation or have consent to record, you are subject to arrest. 

They would get arrested.

She got arrested for that and for trespassing on the apartment property several times, eventually she got tired of being arrested and disappeared.

They literally said a warrant for my arrest would be issued.. over grass.

We are still in it for the long haul, even after fires, drug busts, shots fired, dogs, cats, arrests, abandonment, lies and several other things.

It works great if your goal is to get arrested. 

Some of our criteria includes having a credit score of 600+, no prior evictions or felony arrests, and no history of collections.   

If you checked someone out and found out that they were arrested for theft in 2007, but they were never convicted, how would you proceed?  

If ANY of your tenants get arrested for any reason they won't be able to pay the rent and if those tenants really are selling drugs the cops might destroy the apartment trying to find them and then they won't pay you a dime for it.
