This is sort of a back burner for now.

These items I mentioned are the only real fail-points, since the rest of the heater is essentially just a metal bladder and burner.

I could get it for about 225k I think its grossing about 5k right now, honestly I have kinda just put it on the back burner for now.

Realtors can help with this but my problem is i guess being on the back burner.

I didn't have the money of course so I ended up putting it on the back burner.

So, unless you are going "old school" (e.g. wood fired stoves, etc.) an electrical outage will be a serious issue.Other than the "green movement," why not stay with the oil burner, just as another suggestion? 

If you're that frustrated because you can't see the properties that are 1200 miles away and you don't have someone on the ground that you trust there then put that on the back burner for now or find someone in those housing markets thats on the ground and can operate in your best interest when you can't be there.

Just toss it on the back burner or call him up and inform him your going to withdraw if it's not delivered by some set time that day.

They will not go "on the back burner" so to speak.  

With all the Covid pay and labor shortage and this or that I've put that on the back burner.
