That continuous flow of new nice properties wouldn't hurt your valuation, since they can go into something brand new instead of something that is 3 years old?

Every once in a while, somebody will come on here usually brand new and say hello bigger pockets family.

In my smaller cabins, we have Keurigs and a pour over coffee maker but I have actually started to move away from Keurig to other K Cup brands.

I am wondering if my first steps (past the education part) is to build a network of people who know, like, and trust me through posting content like newsletters, articles, podcasts, doing webinars, going to events (aka build my brand), or, should I first find a deal and then raise capital?
