And I would also get access to their team of financial experts on how to build additional income streams such as franchising.

With annual gross rents at $52.8k, that's a solid income stream but you'll need to factor in expenses like taxes, maintenance, vacancies, etc. to get the NOI.

It sounds like a trainwreck on paper...and things usually go better on paper than in real life I would suggest saving, increasing your income streams, and learning in the meantime while you save.

Now if try tailing the entity on deed "up-stream" come to find it's a meandering trail of breadcrumbs, come to find they themselves are debt loaded via notes on properties to other entity, that again is a meandering trail ending in WY entity behind a wall of ownership interest in such so never get peoples names.  

Also you can’t squeeze blood out of a rock or water or whatever it is you squeeze.
