Columbus is rapidly developing from large tech companies expanding their business in the area, most notably is Intel investing $20 billion to build chip manufacturing plants, which is projected to create thousands of new jobs.

Also, the medical infrastructure in Cleveland is booming and large hospital systems like the Cleveland Clinic and Metro are pouring billions of dollars into this area and creating tons of great jobs.

Downtown has seen more than 6 billion dollars in re-dvelopment over the last 10y and now our freeway system is getting a massive expansion that should wrap up next summer. 

There are predictions that we could see up to $800 Billion in commercial real estate defaults, meaning banks offer refi and the owners give the property to the bank rather than refi it.

Some would pay billions to have the time you have.I would lean heavily into the marketing experience you’re developing.
