Treasuries will go "no bid" and there will be a collapse of confidence in both (i) the U.S. dollar, and (ii) U.S. treasury debt instruments [bills / bonds / etc].When this financial inflection point comes, you do not want to own assets who's values are directly tied and leveraged to the yield on U.S. treasury debt instruments (specifically commercial real estate where most market participants are max leveraged).

They have millions of slaves and indentured servants who make our I-phone 16's, and almost everything Americans buy at Wal-Mart and Costco, but still their stocks can't catch a sustained BID.

With the high cost of the popular keywords, driven by “auction” combination of high bids and best results, it has become much more difficult and costly then SEO.  

I would if I were you, get contractors to bid the job from licensed and non-licensed contractors.
