The day after the family moved in the husband called and said there was sewage pouring out of all the faucets and the bathtubs were overflowing with sewage and the kitchen sink as well.

The previous owners have basically remodeled the home except for a few finishing touches (kitchen remodel and bath tub still need to be put in) and the HVAC system (it has not be put in (they have all of the materials, just haven’t put it in)).

For plumbing they generally (it's different in different cities) will pass the rough in inspection first, then you have to do the other stuff (like install the bathtub and fill it with water) and pass that stuff before you do the wall tiles etc.  

The spacious bedrooms each have their own custom bathrooms, while two ensuite master bedrooms are completed with a walk in closet, custom tile shower, and private bathtub in the master.
