Ya I dont disagree .. it will all shake out in the wash.. and really nothing might change.. on the private remarks the listing agent will just say Courtesy to brokers..

Then all of the extra money you paid over that 5 year time frame gets washed out the door.

@Alec Jacobs, If the electric dryer is on one units service the washing machine is as well.I'm assuming these are located in a commonly accessible location such as a shared basement.

These two people can make or break your car wash.

OK, how about I wash your car, cut your lawn and walk your 4 dogs every day for 20 years?

If you're looking to buy again in the area, that's a wash when comparing properties.

I dont have backup batteries, but that doesnt matter as it is a wash on the bill.
