Its a shame, because there truly are animals that are real emotional support animals and all these liars and cons are ruining it for the real cases

Low income is being forced out of Austin, it is a shame but the development going on is generally targeted to higher end subdivisions.  

@Nicholas MischIt's a shame your lender didn't let you use your VA benefit, you earned it. 

But I don’t know for sure and not ashamed to admit that :) I should also say as Big Dan Zitofsky (nice seeing him here by the way) mentioned partials, I saw a presentation in California by Rob Happe on partials that looked very interesting but I digress.....Really amazing how two words “note buying” has so many offshoots.

If they know all that then they should be ashamed about taking such advantage.

It'd be a shame to purchase something with your Uncle's money and then not be able to refinance out and pay him back.
