You're going to be doing this together, sounds like he knows what he is doing but you'll be doing the muscle work.

At this point, I think he needs to live in for next 2 years to fully alleviate the gains because of the timing. 

I would also like to see the herculean weedeater that packs that kind of muscle.

I would have a lot of options and a lot of the stress I deal with would be alleviated. 

(I love the breed, love the dogs, father used to raise them to hunt hogs, but something clicks in their brains (not all of them), and the force of their jaws locking down and pure muscle jerking back and forth is scary!)  

The most recent unreasonable request was to replace a sidewalk that had passed inspection just a few years prior - newly hired inspector has to show he can flex his muscle I guess.
