There’s a boatload of affordable housing across the country in small towns.

Seacoast NH, for example, has some great potential with short-term rental markets (Airbnb, VRBO), especially in towns like Portsmouth or Hampton, but the regulations can be a bit tricky.

So Just spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica,  stayed in three different towns all on west cost.  

This is a 3 story town home (detached) that shares a private sewage line with 7 other homes.

Now in Northern CA when the Santa Rosa fire burnt down 3k plus homes nothing was done there and when the Paradise city fire burnt down the entire town of I did not see anything like this..

Additionally, working in a small-town market taught us how to effectively price properties for faster sales without compromising profit.

There has been an influx of out of state investors and in town investors aquiring propertys as of lately.

Each week, I analyze the MLS, exploring cities and towns across South Florida to identify areas favorable (or not) to short-term rentals.

If that's my experience in a small town, I suspect it's probably everywhere.
